999zs Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 999zs platform, including all products, features and services available at 999zs.pro. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 999zs and confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the 999zs platform regardless of the device or method used to access it — whether through a desktop browser, the 999zs mobile app, or any other means. The Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 999zs.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 999zs platform. 999zs reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Registration

To use the 999zs platform you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not already a holder of an active 999zs account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current.
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable rules or personal circumstances.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password, and any security questions — confidential. Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. 3Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 999zs are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct bank account deposits and withdrawals

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypa isa are typically credited to your 999zs balance within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank. There are no additional fees charged by 999zs on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method registered in your name and matching the details on your 999zs account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, 999zs may require you to complete identity verification. Withdrawals to verified JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are typically processed the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days to arrive in your account.

999zs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.

4Bonuses and Promotions

999zs offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated clearly at the time each offer is made. The general conditions that apply to all 999zs bonuses are set out below.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated for each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be activated retroactively.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the associated deposit — must be wagered a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the offer period will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are separate from your real money balance. Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only available once the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

5Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 999zs, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Tennis, Basketball and Esports markets.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket matches, the result confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL fixtures is used.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the completion of the minimum required play, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 999zs reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets confirmed before a market is suspended remain valid.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid out. A single void selection in an accumulator will reduce the accumulator by one leg and the odds will be recalculated accordingly.
• Maximum payout limits per bet may apply and are shown in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• 999zs reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error or where the integrity of the market is in doubt.

6Casino and Slots

All Live Casino games and Slots on 999zs are provided by third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino tables, by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels by live dealers in a real-time studio environment.

By playing any casino or slots game on 999zs you acknowledge that the house edge is built into the design of each game and that 999zs cannot influence or guarantee outcomes. 999zs reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses and promotions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, 999zs reserves the right to retain any balance where it is determined to be directly linked to the breach, pending full investigation.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999zs platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical faults in games, odds displays or the platform generally for financial gain.
• Coordinating bets with other players for the purpose of guaranteed profit or bonus abuse (arbitrage or matched betting in violation of bonus terms).
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using 999zs for any financially unlawful purpose.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards 999zs staff or other players.

11Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. 12Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 999zs platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
